UGLE Member Portal

Your Masonic record, online - anytime, anywhere.

The UGLE Member Portal (ugle.org.uk/membership/portal) is the United Grand Lodge of England's official online service for members. It gives every Freemason in England and Wales direct access to their own Masonic record - completely free to use.

As a Province, one of our key goals is to get as many Durham members registered as possible. The more members who sign up, the better we can keep our records accurate, support you through your Masonic journey, and make sure you never miss an important communication.

What can you do on the portal?

  • View your Masonic record - your lodges and chapters, dates of joining, offices held and degrees.
  • Download your certificates - initiation, passing, raising and long service certificates available digitally.
  • Check your lodge history - a full record of your Masonic career in one place.
  • Keep your contact details up to date - ensure the Province can always reach you.
  • View Provincial communications - circulars, notices and important updates sent directly to you.
  • Access Solomon - UGLE's online learning platform, linked directly to your portal account.

How to register

Registration takes around five minutes. You'll need:

  • Your membership number (shown on your lodge summons or certificate)
  • Your date of initiation
  • A valid email address

If you're unsure of your membership number, contact your Lodge Secretary who will be able to help.
