Traditionally in the District of Durham, the Ancient & Accepted Rite, known as the Rose Croix, holds an annual church service followed by a lunch. This year the service will be held at the St Nicholas with Christ Church, Ellison Road, Dunston, NE11 9UN.
The service will commence at 12 noon on Sunday,1st October, 2023 and will be followed by lunch at the Dunston Masonic Hall, Holmside Avenue, Dunston, NE11 9TJ, commencing at 1.15pm.
The service and lunch are being organised by Dunston Chapter Rose Croix No. 1069. All are welcome to the service without booking. If you would like to book for the lunch, at a cost of £12.50 per person, please contact Martin Rankin martin.rankin@icloud.com or your chapter recorder.
As always, the cost of the lunch for widows of Rose Croix members will be covered by our District Charity, the Andrew R. Riley Trust.
