Installation of ProvGM/GSupt and Provincial AGMs 2022

As a consequence of the recent appointment of W Bro John Thompson as ProvGM/GSupt, I need to advise that some diary changes have become necessary due to the limited availability of meeting dates and venues, and to accommodate the UGLE/SGC deputations.

These are as follows:

The Installation of the Provincial Grand Master / Grand Superintendent will take place on SATURDAY 25TH JUNE at ‘The Fed’ formerly the Lancastrian Suite, Dunston.

This has meant the Craft and Chapter AGMs scheduled for that day have been rearranged for:

CHAPTER – FRIDAY 15th JULY

CRAFT – SATURDAY 3rd SEPTEMBER.

Both AGMs will take place at the recently refurbished Rainton Arena.

We are aware that 3.9.22 is the same date as the AGM for the RSM whose ruler is aware of this unavoidable clash.

Full details relating to timings, agendas, banquet tickets etc will be forwarded in due course.

I also need to advise that letters offering Provincial Honours to Brethren and Companions will now be posted to arrive around 17th APRIL later than previously planned.

Sincerely and Fraternally,

Tom
