Our friends in Northumberland have arranged and are challenging us to a Karting Grand Prix.

The Grand Prix will be held on Saturday, 10th September, at Team Sport Karting Track on Scotswood Road, Newcastle. Starting at 4 pm, finishing a couple of hours later.

The teams will enjoy exclusive use of the track during the sessions, which consist of a practice and qualifying session, followed by a short break before lining up on the grid ahead of the big race.

Anyone is welcome to join, and we would also encourage you to invite any prospective candidates or new Masons who will be made especially welcome. This event is a great way to show new or prospective Masons how much fun we have outside our Lodge meetings. Don’t worry if you have never been in a Go-Kart, all racers will be fully briefed before the practice laps.

Places are limited to 24 per Province.

Only one Province will go home with the trophy… help us make sure it is Durham!
