This year the Joseph Miller Cup Golf Match between Durham and Northumberland will take place at Blyth Golf Club on Friday 30th September 2022 with the first Tee Off being at 11.30 am.
Durham organiser Martin Rankin is looking for 8 – 12 players to play in the competition with places allocated in order of application.
The Entry Fee for the day will be £35.00 which includes green fees, bacon sandwich and coffee on arrival (available from 10.30am) with a 2-course dinner and presentation following the competition.
Last year the trophy was won by the visitors Northumberland when the event was hosted by Durham. Durham hope to regain the Trophy this year and bring it back over the Tyne to the Land of the Prince Bishops.
The competition format will be Four-ball Better Ball Stableford. The scores from each group will be added together at the end of the games with the Province with the most points being awarded the Joseph Miller Trophy.
Please email Martin at martinrankin@btconnect.com or telephone 07850527100 to reserve a place. As stated, places will be allocated in order of application. Once the required number is obtained a reserve list will follow.
