Craft Promotions Meeting of Provincial Grand Lodge – Friday 29th November 2019

 

The Promotions Meeting of Provincial Grand Lodge will be held at the Lancastrian Suite, Federation Brewery, Dunston, Gateshead, Tyne and Wear, NE11 9JR on FRIDAY 29th November 2019. 

 

General Information:

• All Master Masons are invited to attend.

• A signature sheet must be signed on entering Provincial Grand Lodge.

• Dress is to be dark clothes, craft regalia – gloves ARE NOT required.

• Brethren must be seated by 5.30 pm.

• Provincial Grand Lodge will be opened PROMPTLY at 6.00 pm.

• Dinner will follow the meeting in the Lancastrian Suite at approximately 8.00 pm.

• Ample car parking is available at the venue.

 

Booking details and deadlines:

• Letters to those individuals receiving honours will be posted to arrive by 14th September 2019.

• All banquet bookings need to be made by 22nd November 2019 at the latest.

• The maximum number of brethren able to dine is 350 so early booking is advised and bookings will be on a ‘first come first served’ basis. Tables can be reserved for a maximum of 8 diners for comfort. The Menu will be Traditional Christmas Fayre.

• Banquet bookings cost £30 per ticket which includes wine / soft drink on the table MUST be made on line via the this link.

• No email or paper banquet applications will be available / accepted.

• You do NOT need to apply if you are attending the meeting only and do not wish to dine.

The Provincial Grand Master hopes that many of you will attend this meeting and looks forward to welcoming you on the day.
